Jen Huffstetler is the Chief Sustainability Officer and Senior Vice President of Global Product Compliance & Sustainable Impact at HP. In this role, Jen is responsible for leading HP’s Sustainable Impact strategy, focusing on corporate social and environmental responsibility and achieving the company’s SI 2030 goals. She also leads product compliance and global technical regulations.

Jen joined HP in 2024 and brings a wealth of expertise in sustainability, business, marketing, and engineering. Most recently, Jen served as the Chief Product Sustainability Officer and vice president and general manager of Future Platform strategy at Intel. In this role, she was responsible for driving the integration and execution of the corporate-level product strategy to drive growth across client, cloud, network, and edge to deliver sustainable computing for a sustainable future.

Jen has a diverse background in semiconductor manufacturing, client, network, and data center product management across CPUs, GPUs, DIMMs, software/SaaS, solutions, and
systems. She is also a keynote speaker and expert on Sustainable AI and the deployment of AI to achieve sustainability goals. Jen earned a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from MIT and a master’s degree in business administration from Babson College. She is also a certified Executive Leadership Coach from the Hudson Institute, a Korn-Ferry Interpreter, and Birkman Certified. 

She enjoys spending time with her husband, two adult daughters, and Malinois/Greyhound mix dogs.
