Hamilton Galloway, Director of Americas Consultancy, joined Oxford Economics in 2014. He oversees a team focused on developing quality, customized research, analysis and impact modeling services for a range of private and public organizations. Prior to joining Oxford Economics, Mr. Galloway worked nearly seven years as an economist, senior consultant and manager at Economic Modeling Specialists Int (EMSI).

Over the course of two decades, Mr. Galloway served as the primary investigator and lead researcher in dozens of local, regional or state workforce, education and economic development strategic plans and talent gap analyses—including direct engagement and program alignment with over 20 universities and community colleges. He has conducted, managed or overseen hundreds of economic modeling and research studies, related to data centers, construction, advanced manufacturing, natural resource extraction, retail and finance. He has been the author of numerous publications, as well as economic development user guides and even a textbook chapter.
