• What is the program focus for Data Center Americas?

  Data Center Americas is focused on the infrastructure challenges and opportunities created by AI-driven growth across the data center ecosystem. The Call for Proposals is organized around five core content pillars:

  • Visionary (Main Stage) – Power, energy policy, grid infrastructure, community engagement and awareness, sustainability, investment, workforce development, and technology innovation shaping the future of the supply chain.
  • Energizers – Power generation, alternative energy, storage, nuclear/SMRs, off-grid solutions, and power economics.
  • Coolers – Advanced cooling technologies, heat rejection, water management, immersion cooling, and thermal efficiency.
  • Builders – Data center design, modular construction, prefabrication, digital twins, permitting, and deployment strategies.
  • Operators – Data center operations, hyperscale and enterprise deployments, automation, security, efficiency, and ROI.

• What earns the stage?

Call for Proposal Questions

• When are speaking proposals due?

  Submission(s) are due on Friday, September 11, 2026 by 11:59 PM PT

• Can I submit more than one session idea?

  We will only consider up to three (3) proposals for any individual speaker.

  Note: Any proposal where you are named as a speaker counts toward this limit.

• What formats can I propose?

  • Case Study (20 Minutes)
  • Panel Discussion (25 Minutes)
  • Keynote (20 Minutes)
  • Fireside Chat (20 Minutes)
  • Lightning Talk (15 Minutes)

• How do I submit a proposal?

  Complete all areas of the online Call for Proposals form; this should take about 10–15 minutes.

  You may submit a maximum of three (3) proposals. You must submit a separate form for each session proposed.

  We recommend creating a draft of your proposal offline before entering the information. You may also begin entering your proposal in the submission portal and save it as a draft. You can come back to submit later, before the submission deadline.

Speaker Questions

• Who is eligible to present at Data Center Americas?

  We welcome submissions from Executives and senior leaders, technical experts, and operators who are actively building and scaling AI infrastructure. This includes leaders from hyperscalers, cloud providers, enterprises, data center operators, colocation providers, hardware and semiconductor companies, and emerging AI infrastructure firms, as well as select experts from academia, research, and policy.

• Are speakers compensated?

  Speakers receive a complimentary 2-day pass to attend the conference. This registration cannot be shared or split.

  Note: All speakers must be listed when you submit your proposal. Co-speakers may not be added or changed without the approval of the Conference Program Director.

• What A/V is provided for speakers?

  Standard AV provided includes a computer projector, screen, microphone, and wireless access.

• If selected as a speaker, what information and materials will I be required to submit?

  • Speakers will be required to send their presentation to the Conference Program Director in advance of the event.
  • A speaker headshot and bio for use on the event website and other event materials. Photos must be formatted to be a minimum of 300 DPI and submitted in JPG format.
  • All sessions will be videotaped.

• How can I see the status of my session proposal(s)?

  When you submit a session or are named as a speaker on a session someone else submits, a portal is created for you to track progress. A confirmation email contains a link to access the portal, where you can add or update profile details. You cannot change the email address.

  We will advise submitters by early October whether we are accepting the proposed session. Accepted speakers will be prompted to confirm their participation in their portal. The portal will then be used to share information, assign tasks, and provide resources.

• Can I change my proposal once I have submitted it?

  No. Once your proposal is submitted, you may not make changes.

  You may save your session proposal as a draft and return to it later before submitting it prior to the submission deadline.
